Tracking and order updates

We will send order updates to the email address you give at checkout. Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Need to change an address?

Email us as soon as possible. We will try to help before your order enters production or is dispatched, but changes cannot always be made. This does not affect your cancellation rights.
