Returns & refunds

Here to help when things do not quite fit.

This policy applies to UK consumer orders from Uphill Society, operated by Eminad Commerce Ltd. It does not limit your statutory rights.

Changed your mind or chosen the wrong size?

For standard clothing ordered online, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive your goods. If one order is delivered in parts, it starts after the last item arrives. You then have 14 days after telling us to send the items back.

Our standard designs remain eligible even though we print them after you order. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. Please keep it clean and take reasonable care of it. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

How to cancel or request a return

Email clothing@uphillsociety.com, use our contact form, or write to the address . Tell us your name, order number and which items you wish to cancel. A clear statement that you want to cancel is sufficient; you do not have to use a special form or wait for our approval to exercise your right.

Return goods to the address we have supplied in the return instructions.

Please include your order number and keep proof of posting. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind or select the wrong size. We cover return costs where the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Refunds

We refund using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, and will refund within 14 days of that point.

If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the basic outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. A photo can help us resolve it, but providing a photo is not a condition of your statutory rights. You will usually have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, with further remedies available after that. We will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement in accordance with your rights and cover return costs.
