Our clothing

Read the product description, size information, available colours and care details before ordering. Fit and materials vary between garments. Screen settings and the printing process can cause small differences between on-screen colours and the finished item. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or do not match their description.

Ordering and payment

Review your items, sizes, colours, delivery address and total before completing checkout. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, including because of a genuine availability or pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected goods.

Production and delivery

Clothing is printed to order in the UK. Production usually takes 3–5 working days, followed by delivery. See our delivery information for the available services, charges and estimates. We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate, subject to applicable law.

If delivery is delayed, contact us. Your legal rights relating to late delivery are unaffected by an estimated date.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our returns and refunds policy explains your cancellation rights, return process and available remedies. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Joining our mailing list is optional, and you may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Problems and complaints

Contact clothing@uphillsociety.com with your order number and the details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory consumer protections and court access available where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
