Uphill Society

FAQs

A few things you might be wondering.

What is Uphill Society?

Outdoor-inspired clothing for British hill lovers, weekend wanderers and snack-stop specialists. Think vintage illustrations, a little hiking humour and a love of the scenic route.

When will my order arrive?

Clothing is printed to order in the UK, usually within 3–5 working days. Delivery time is additional: Royal Mail 48 Tracked usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. See our delivery information for other services and prices.

Does faster shipping mean faster production?

No. The service you select changes delivery after dispatch. Please still allow the stated production time.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery to UK addresses supported at checkout. The available services and final charge are shown before payment.

How do I choose my size?

Use the measurements for your chosen garment and compare them with clothing you already own. Different styles can fit differently. Read our size and care guide or contact us if you need help.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, our standard online clothing orders are covered by UK cancellation rights. Tell us within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Standard print-to-order designs are eligible. See the full returns and refunds policy.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. A photo can help us resolve it. We will arrange the appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make changes before production or dispatch, but cannot guarantee them. This does not affect your legal cancellation rights.

How do I track my order?

We send order updates and dispatch information to your checkout email address. If you need help finding an update or tracking a parcel, contact us with your order number.
